Purpose of the Role:
To assist the Company Secretarial Team in ensuring that the function runs smoothly, that appropriate legal and statutory compliance is maintained and that an efficient service is provided to our Boards, Board Committees and a number of key management Committee.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and proficiency in PowerPoint;
- Diligent Boardbooks and Diligent Entities (Blueprint) secretariat software experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided;
- Up to 2 years’ experience as a Company Secretarial Assistant or similar;
- Previous experience within the financial services sector preferred; and
- Either part-qualified or seeking to study to be a chartered company secretary.
