We are working with an international law firm who are looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join their team in London.
This role offers hybrid working with the expectation to be in the London office 2 – 3 times per week and can also be offered on a part-time (4 days) basis.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and associated legislation.
- Ensuring accurate client record keeping using Diligent Entities and the firm’s document management system
- Drafting board and shareholder minutes and resolutions and reviewing those prepared by junior
- team members.
- Assisting with ad hoc advisory projects, such as capital reductions; share buy-backs; share reorganisations
To be successful in this role you will ideally be part/fully CGI qualified with at least 4 years’ experience in a professional services environment where you have mentored / managed junior team members
