Joining an established team, you will be instrumental in supporting customers through their complaint journey, ensuring a smooth and customer focused service.
Key duties will include;
- Gathering and presenting evidence to ensure a fair customer outcome.
- Building a relationship with customers, to guide them through the complaints process.
- Managing a workload and investigating regulated complaints
- Providing a first class customer experience, in line with regulatory standards.
- Making decisions on cases and calculating payments
