Job Title: Complaints Administrator
Work Pattern: 35 Hours a week
Contract: Asap start
Location: Birchwood
Pay Rate: £16.25 umbrella p/h
Service Care Solutions are looking for a Complaints Administrator on behalf of our client in Birchwood. You will work closely with the customer experience coordinator team to resolve customer complaints and support the business in their management.
Job Role -
- Providing support to the Complaints team.
- Monitoring and arrange repairs and ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Scheduling repairs to tenants
Ideal Candidate:
- Awareness the of Housing sector
- Good IT skills
- Managing complaint caseloads
