We are seeking a Complaints Officer to join our team. This is a newly created position within Inclusive Learning Services.
The focus of the post will include:
- Managing and Investigating Stage 1 and Stage 2 Complaints.
- Overseeing Freedom of Information requests, Members Enquiries, Subject Access Requests and general enquiries sent through the LA ‘Contact Us’ portal.
- Identifying complaint trends and key data to assist with the implementation of training and best practice.
Qualification requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths
- You should be educated to degree level, or can demonstrate substantial relevant experience to include a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Children’s Services with a focus on Education Services.
This will be a challenging and rewarding role and you will work with a range of professional colleagues, and it is a role that will develop and adapt over time to meet the needs of the service.
