- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports on complaint resolution metrics and team performance.
- Present findings to senior management as required.
- Proven experience in a complaints handling role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
