As a Team Leader, you’ll be leading our team of recruiters in fulfilling high-volume recruitment demands in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be confident monitoring and managing adherence to targets, as well as building positive working relationships with the client and the wider Reed team.
What are we looking for?
- Due to the nature of this particular role, NO RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE is required
- We’re looking for individuals with experience managing/leading teams in fast paced, target driven environments (call centres etc)
- Excellent relationship management skills
