Compliance Administrator

* Office based role in Shaw, Oldham (onsite parking)
* Salary £24,000
* Working hours Monday -- Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 p.w)
With my client, I am looking to appoint a hands on and organised Compliance Administrator to assist with the daily auditing of various processes.
The main purpose of the role is to audit and manage all Compliance administration and controls, to ensure adherence to ISCC Scheme which are industry specific sustainability guidelines.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include;
* Monitoring and auditing all orders in and out of the business to ensure compliance and adherence to required guidelines
* Create and process orders on the internal system
* Monitoring and recording all required sustainability documentation
* Liaise with Customers and Suppliers over the telephone and via email
* Assist with all internal Audits and ensure accurate audit reports are filed
* Ensuring Sales staff are aware of compliance procedures and are in adherence across all their orders and accounts
* Liaise with Senior Managers and external Auditors as required for compliance procedures
* Daily use of Microsoft Excel for reporting - you must have a good working knowledge of this
* General Admin tasks as required
This is an exciting role where you will get involved in the integral day to day internal audit procedures of the business and ensure everything is compliant and "above board"
The ideal candidate will have some experience of auditing orders / systems / documents. You must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and excellent Admin skills in general.
