Form of workA well-respected, Manchester based law firm is currently looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant to work alongside the Compliance Solicitor.
- The role is part time, working 21 hours per week over 4 days
- The firm offers hybrid working after induction and training
You will be required to have previous legal administration experience with strong keyboard/IT skills, including Excel, setting up and extracting data from spreadsheets.
Duties include:
- Managing file review schedule, generating review documents and logging returns
- Working with support team members on file opening, to obtain identification verification and source of funds checks
- Managing checks in relation to consent to process personal data
- Generally assisting the compliance team and other members of the firm
