Compliance Analyst

Meraki Talent are currently working with a fantastic organisation within the Asset Management sector.
There is a Excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Analyst to join their team, this role is based in central London and operates on hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities include.

• Assisting with Regulatory compliance with CASS ie CASS RP and client Money acknowledgement letters
• Assisting with development of training programs
• Ensuring companies Compliance
• Supporting our client’s compliance services to their clients, including CoSec filings and regulatory reporting.
• Dealing with risk assessment, policies, compliance manual and regulatory registers
• Annual FATCA/CRS compilation and filing, company house filings setting and reporting On KPIs requested by senior management.
• Preparing RegData/ Connect reports.
• Providing company secretarial services for clients
• Heavily involved in running compliance projects.

The ideal candidate will be.

• Able to read and interpret the FCA handbook.
• Have 2/3 years’ experience in investment firms or equivalent.
• Educated to a degree level.
• Great knowledge of Compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
• Experienced in asset management or private equity firms.
• Great MS office software skills.
• Very organised and good at prioritising tasks

Experience of at least 1 year working with CASS is desirable but no essential.
