As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company complies with all relevant regulations and operates within a sound regulatory framework. You will be a part of the company's second line of defence, working closely with the compliance team.
In this Regulatory Compliance Manager role, you can expect to:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, with a primary focus on the Payments Services Directive (PSD) and Electronic Money Directive (EMD)
- Prepare, review and submit regulatory reports to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in a timely and accurate manner
- Own the Compliance Monitoring Program, and ensure it's timely and effective execution
- Support compliance audits, including internal and external assessments, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
You'll receive a salary of £65,000 to £75,000 and an excellent benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
