The world of compliance isn’t synonymous with punchy adjectives, so I won’t be telling you about this exciting role which you will be passionate about!
I do though want to tell you about a decent company with aspirational yet realistic growth plans that they want you to be a part of.
Not trying to change the world overnight or get consumed with year on year comparisons. They have a genuine belief in their services and where they should be in the market, none of this growth will be manageable though without you coming in and looking after their compliance.
The Role:
With an obvious focus initially on the compliance, this role is bursting with potential to evolve and progress. You don't need to come in and reinvent the wheel or rip up the existing processes but if you have improvement suggestions then you will be given the autonomy to implement these.
As the role develops this will become a team management role not just the compliance in general.
You don't need to be a proven manager as this growth will be organic and training and development will be given.
Joining a team who take their work seriously but not themselves, there's no obnoxious hierarchy with an MD who sits behind a closed door all day.

A part time 22.5 hour week you can pick your hours, it will fit properly with school pick ups and drop offs, whilst you won’t be on a yacht in Monaco every other weekend, as a business they look to offer enjoyable and inclusive events for staff throughout the year.
Pay will be reviewed throughout your tenure, you wont be expected to take on more responsibility without fair remuneration.
