Compliance Manager Covering Somerset/Dorset Locations (S4)The principal purpose of this role is to support clinical governance activities throughout the business. The post holder will work under the direction of the Head of Clinical Compliance to co-ordinate clinical compliance across various specialities. The post holder will generally work alongside clinical colleagues within RDP, providing advice and support for clinical compliance activity. The post holder will ensure links are made with other governance activities.The successful candidate will be GDC registered and able to travel between practices, working with all levels of staff and delegating tasks to Practice Managers as required. You must have an interest in clinical governance and possess excellent problem solving skills.Main Responsibilities:Support the Head of Clinical Compliance in the delivery of a Governance ProgrammeSupport staff in carrying out audit and governance updatesAssist with the business Clinical Audit ProgrammeSupport Practices with all Inspections including CQC/HIW/NHSE/SAADAttend relevant clinical governance meetings, giving an update on audit activity and clinical guidelinesContribute to the maintenance of the clinical database, ensuring it records the up to date status of governanceSupport Practice Managers with regulatory interviewsSupport Acquisitions through integrationRemote audit as and when raised by Clinical AdvisorsThe post holder is required to: Provide and receive complex informationWrite clinical reports for a wide audience throughout the business, these must be clear and conciseGive presentations to audiences ranging from 10-30 people. This includes a presentation on the clinical department at the monthly staff inductionPresent audit results at clinical governance meetings as requiredGive an update on clinical compliance activity, including progress with audits and recommendations implemented at clinical governance meetings and other meetings as required.
