Our client is a leading managing general agency, specialising in underwriting and claims management. They are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to lead the compliance field within their business.
The role offers a flexible working hybrid model of 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring they adhere to their binder/claims handling agreement requirements
Perform internal compliance checks
Coordinate and respond to external audits from their insurer partners
Ensure the company complies with its regulatory requirements, including FCA RMAR returns and complaints handling
Ideal candidate's key skills:
Compliance experience in the insurance industry
Experience in complaint handling
Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements
