Currently recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturer in Leicestershire who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, daily household products to us all up and down the country.

Having worked with this business for a number of years I know for a fact this role will be fast paced and exciting but you'll be well grounded reporting to a sensational Technical Manager.

I am looking for a Compliance Coordinator/Officer to join the team of experienced and knowledgeable foodies.

This role will vary but typically see you responsible for some of the below tasks:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits and inspections.
• Stay updated on the ever changing food industry regulations.
• Train staff on compliance procedures & support with training the wider teams.
• Assist in completing and maintaining regulatory documentation.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
• Maintain all relevant records.
• Collaborate with teams on corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Experience working a similar role within the food manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, SQF) would be ideal
