We're working with a growing FinTech start-up offering payments solutions for businesses and entrepreneurs. With fast growth plans over the next 2 years, they're looking to bring on board a Compliance officer to help reach their goals.

You will lead compliance for the firm, building and implementing a strong compliance process and internal policy. You will manage onboarding for new clients, covering KYC and CDD. Conducting regular audits, delivering training and preparing reports for senior management you will be a crucial part of this businesses growth.

What am I looking for?

• 7+ years leading compliance within financial services
• Proven experience in management and regulatory compliance
• In-depth understanding of UK financial regulations
• Experience having dealt with the FCA
