Compliance Officer

Our client based in Andover is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and service excellence. Investing in the design, build, and fulfilment of their customers' products, providing some of the best electronics manufacturing support in the industry.
Considered to be an integral part of our client's Quality team, the successful applicant will work to ensure that legal EHS compliance is met across the company, oversee the BMS, as well as provide relevant support to the Product Quality Manager.

Responsibilities as a QHSE Compliance Officer:
• Support the integration of the company's quality strategy by fostering a positive quality culture throughout the organisation
• Develop the business management system to aid in obtaining accreditations, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement
• Take a leadership role in EHS management to assist with overseeing the BMS
• Manage document control and audits to ensure proper execution, documentation, reporting, and action on relevant procedures
• Provide support to the Product Quality Manager in handling product rejections, customer concerns, quality issues, and inspections
• Assist the H&S Specialist in achieving HSE compliance across the company

To be successful you will have:
• Formal internal auditor training in one or more of the following: ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO45001.
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Confidence at data handling and analysis
• A minimum of 5 years' experience
• Full UK driving licence
