- Look after each corporate client with tailored manner and built/develop the relationship with key contacts.
- Assist the conference manager with meeting requests during busy periods and on main accounts
- Research and identify new business opportunities through leads referred both from internal and external sources to maximize hotel revenue.
- Carries out Duty Manager shifts as per Rota and applies ‘Staff Handbook’ procedures.
- Supervise group and Events briefing to other department on a daily basis.
- Receives in the hotel any important guests whom he has approached.
- Negotiating prices with direct corporate clients.
- Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action.
