Lead the development and deployment of a companywide Configuration Management process. 2. Develop and maintain Project Configuration and Data Management Plans ensuring the processes are driven into those Projects through education and training. 3. Assess urgent Configuration control demands and provide decisions commensurate with priority and Project lifecycle stage. 4. Delivery of process change that meets the immediate demands by introducing a degree of flexibility whilst retaining control within the bounds of Company procedures. 5. The delivery into Projects the configuration management of Product (Hardware, Software, Document) from 'cradle to grave' as defined by UK Standard DEF-STAN 05-57. 6. Review, update and implement a companywide Configuration Management Process. 7. Conduct reviews of all Project Configuration Management Plans and update. 8. Educate the wider Project team on Configuration Management tools and techniques. 9.
