The Employer is: THE ADVANTAGE FOUNDATION LTD. About Ravine: Ravine offers 20 tailored work experience placements per year to young people aged 18-24 facing mental health challenges. We provide a supportive learning environment focused on horticultural and conservation efforts. Our goal is to unleash the potential of young individuals by offering meaningful education, training, and employment opportunities, empowering them to build skills, experiences, and self-confidence. Job Description: As a Conservation Officer at Ravine, you will be instrumental in supporting and implementing our conservation efforts on the farm. Working closely with the Ravine team, you will contribute to the planning and execution of conservation projects while upholding our values of empathy, respect, and environmental stewardship. .
