About you
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in construction law.
- Practising certificate for both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- Proven experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with project teams to provide legal guidance on construction matters.
- Represent clients in dispute resolution process including mediation, arbitration and litigation.
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
- Provide leadership to junior legal professionals within the construction team.
