Job Title: Office Manager - Construction

Are you an experienced and dynamic professional with a knack for efficient office management and from a construction background? My client is seeking an Office Manager to join there team in Hainault. As the key orchestrator for there administrative and financial functions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of there business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline the purchase order and time sheet processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee the administrative and finance function, providing effective leadership and guidance to the team.
Process, check, and approve all purchase ledger invoices and orders for the business.
Facilitate all aspects of recruitment, from the interview process to training, progression, and managing employee welfare.
Handle HR matters, including sickness, absence, return to work, and grievances.
Implement and oversee the introduction of new processes and systems, including a new payroll/HR system and time & attendance system.
Manage the training for all staff, ensuring continuous professional development.
Maintain and reconcile all resident funds and petty cash.
Produce, complete, and check all new resident admission paperwork, including contracts, terms & conditions, deposit payments, and direct debits.
Responsible for maintaining and managing all holiday requests and reconciliation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management, with a focus on purchase orders and time sheets.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Experience in HR matters and recruitment processes.
Knowledge of financial processes, including purchase ledger and reconciliation.
Familiarity with implementing and managing new processes and systems.

Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £36,000 per annum.
