A forward-thinking and esteemed Property Consultancy in Nottingham is on the lookout for a proactive Construction Project Manager to join their professional team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to take on the challenge of managing specialized projects in the Public Healthcare Sector.

The Construction Project Manager Role

In this crucial role, the Construction Project Manager will oversee specialized projects within the Public Healthcare Sector, handling project values ranging from £1 million to £60 million. While primarily focusing on NHS schemes, the successful candidate will also have opportunities to engage in Commercial and Residential sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise NHS and other sector projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Perform contract administration, preparation, and review.
• Manage change orders and progress reports effectively.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain project efficiency and quality.

The Construction Project Manager

• Ideally MRICS, CIOB, or APM Qualified (or working towards such qualifications).
• Post-graduate experience in a PM Consultancy setting.
• Practical construction knowledge, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the Healthcare Sector.
• Previous managerial skills are desirable but not essential.
• A team player attitude, capable of working collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
