Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans• Implement and monitor a commercial plan• Set high standards for HS&E• Ensure the production and maintenance of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Assurance (QA) files• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders• Lead progress meetings and minimize community impact
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management/site supervision• Good knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, and cost control• Educated to at least HNC/HND/Degree level or equivalent• Experience in the Pre-Qualification and Tendering process• Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills• Highly organized with meticulous record-keeping abilities• CSCS certification preferred• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom
