AddressSignature Bristol are looking for several Contact Centre Advisors to join one of their clients for a two-week assignment starting the 18 March. You will be supporting the team with an increased number of enquires while they are updating internal systems, directing queries to the correct teams, and escalating any problems.
Based in Bristol City Centre, this role has several shift patterns available, including daytime, evenings and overnight. This role pays £12.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.
This role will begin 18 March, where training is provided, and will be running up to 31 March. All candidates must be available to work the weekend of 22 – 24 March.
It is the perfect opportunity for people looking to make some extra money, or looking for immediate, short term work opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
- Answering queries, reporting incidents, and informing clients of system updates.
- Record all information on the internal system.
- Direct incoming queries to the correct department.
Key requirements:
- Experience providing customer service.
- Possessing a can-do attitude
- Availability to work 22 – 24 March.
