A position has arisen for an interim Contact Centre Agent with one of our clients based in Cambridge. The role is on-site in Cambridge for a minimum of 3 months, paying £11.68 per hour including holiday pay. They are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.

Hours: 37.5 per week, varying shifts
Your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for people telephoning, offering an operator service and handling all incoming calls on the Contact Centre consoles
- Ensuring that an effective service is provided to all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Using the correct salutation and communication standards when handling calls, in line with the company’s procedures
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrable experience
- Strong communication skills
- A personable and friendly manner
- Calm and confidence under pressure
