Contact Centre Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent, Hourly Paid
Based onsite at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our Contact Centre team support our guests with both pre- and post-visit queries or feedback, ensuring that all channels of communication are utilised efficiently, effectively, and respectfully.
As the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will play a key part in ensuring our guests are receiving the best possible standards of customer care via telephone, live chat, social media, and email. You will lead by example, driving your team to deliver exceptional interactions throughout each stage of our guests visit. You will empower your team to become experts on all things LEGOLAND, giving your own hints and tips to help our guests get the most out of their time spent with us.
You’ll be supporting the Contact Centre Team with daily incoming customer contact via all channels of guest communication, working towards key customer experience performance targets, you will ensure the team are delivering outstanding levels of customer care and of course helping to create memorable experiences for our guests throughout their visit with us.
Qualification & Experience:
- Proven experience dealing with complex customer enquiries or feedback, with the ability to professionally resolve escalated complaints in line with business compensation standards
- You must be a confident communicator in both written and verbal communication
- Ideally you will have previously managed a team within a customer service or customer support function
- Naturally you will be a highly organised person, with the ability to prioritise, and have a passion exceptional customer service delivery
