Project Manager - Contact Centre Migration - 4 days a week on site in Watford - outside of IR35
On behalf of a leading consultancy client of ours we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who must have recent experience working on Contact Centre migration / upgrade projects. This is a Contact Centre systems upgrade programme rather than a full location move but they need a PM with strong experience working on specific Contact Centre technology projects. They are moving their technology stack to the cloud and this includes VOIP, Telephony, Call Logging etc. As well as this experience you will need excellent stakeholder management and proven experience working with various third parties. This role will require 4 days a week in Watford and this can't be flexible due to the policy of the end client.
Experience:
- Experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager
- Proven record working on Contact Centre specific projects in recent assignments
- Cloud migration experience
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Must be able to be on site in Watford 4 days a week
