Content Creator/ Producer

Thanks to some sensational new client wins and an ambitious growth period ahead, we have an exciting opportunity for a Content Creator to join our ambitious and fast-paced Manchester team.

As a Content Creator, you will play a lead role in developing and producing engaging content across various platforms for some of the UK’s most well known brands.

More about the role

The role is full-time and on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for –

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand content requirements and campaign objectives
• Managing projects from concept to completion, shooting, editing, and posting content for brands
• Developing creative concepts, storylines and content strategies to effectively convey the client’s brand message
• Create high-quality, engaging and shareable content using different and appropriate methods
• Editing, proof reading and enhancing content to maintain consistency in tone, style and brand guidelines, and adapting for different platforms and their usage/audiences
• Collaborating with other teams to develop integrated campaigns that deliver against objectives
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging digital platforms to ensure content remains innovative and relevant
• Reacting to trends to ensure viral and engaging content
• Optimising content for search engines and monitoring performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Supporting the senior team with proposal development
• Attending events, stunts and client meetings

Essential experience/ requirements

• Approx. 3 years experience delivering quality, engaging content across big brand social media accounts, preferably within an agency or similar creative environment
• Proficiency in editing software including but not linked to; Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects
• Ability to storyboard visual concepts aligning to video briefs
• Experience of planning shoots, including; arranging and setting up filming equipment, supporting with creative direction and supporting with managing client relations at the shoot
• Highly creative with a passion for storytelling and creating world-class content
• Ability to create social first content, both graphics and motion graphics
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, different ratios, and best practices
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and an understanding of different formats across each platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced and dynamic agency environment
• Familiarity with current digital trends across social media and influencer marketing
