The team’s vast combined knowledge drives the success, and they are looking for a talented Distribution Deliveries Coordinator to help us maintain and enhance the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
This pivotal role involves organizing and maintaining the smooth running of the department, ensuring the timely and organized delivery of assets to our licensees.

• Create and maintain workflow tracking tables and systems for:
  • Delivery of transmission files, metadata, publicity material, and paperwork to licensees.
  • Delivery of international technical assets and support materials from international licensees.
  • Programme metadata master system.
• Organize the delivery of transmission files through our facilities house to linear licensees, SVOD services and digital platforms
• Obtain delivery quotes and track payment of delivery costs.
• Order master files and assets from Productions and track their delivery.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure all supporting paperwork required by licensees is obtained.
• Maintain and update royalty collection society reporting tables.
• Attend weekly Library meetings.
• Manage Distribution titles using Vida.
• Work closely with the in-house Digital Media Asset Manager to coordinate the receipt and delivery of international titles.
• Collaborate with the Postproduction Supervisor.

About You:

• Experience working in facilities houses, as a Programme Traffic Coordinator at a broadcaster, or as a Distribution Deliveries Coordinator.
• Understanding of the delivery process for transmission files and metadata to AVOD, SVOD, and EST platforms, as well as to linear TV. Knowledge of broadcasters’ technical specifications is essential.
• Familiarity with different delivery formats/versions.
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Organized, personable, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
