The Company:
Our client, a prominent digital platform with a strong reputation for excellence, seeks a dedicated Content Operations Associate. With over 15,000 five-star reviews and millions of monthly visits, our client collaborates with major brands, offering a service of discount and vouchers.
The Role:
The Content Operations Associate will be instrumental in maintaining and optimising content on our client's platform. Collaborate with the SEO team, merchandise top pages, and contribute to the content lifecycle. You will report into the Content Operations Manager and work as part of a team of 8. This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the UK's most popular platforms, directly contributing to its growth.
The Content Operations Associate will:
- Collaborating closely with SEO team to optimise our content for search.
- Merchandising top brand pages to enhance performance of impactful pages, keeping bounce low and revenue high by producing enticing, helpful content.
- Assisting with onboarding of new merchants and responding to partnership queries.
- Contributing to the offer content lifecycle, from pre, during and post publication; general content management.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience managing remote workers highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar content-focused role
- CMS experience
- Excellent written English, copywriting experience preferred.
- Proficient user of MS-Office Software, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working in affiliate marketing is an advantage
