They act for an impressive client-base including real estate funds, property companies, high net worth individuals, investors, developers, entrepreneurs and more.

They boast one of the largest Real Estate practices in the London market and are accredited by the Legal 500 for their expertise in London.

Due to substantial growth, they're now seeking a specialist Contentious Construction Solicitor to join at either Associate or Senior Associate level.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join one of London's leading Construction practices who have a wealth of experience in Contentious Construction and multiple of their lawyers being accredited by Chambers UK / the Legal 500 for their expertise in the field.

This very credible team act for a wide-ranging client-base including developers, funds, institutional investors, occupiers, contractors, consultants and high net worth individuals.

Their Contentious Construction team advise on the full spectrum of claims, representing clients from before they become litigious though to mediation, adjudication and litigation (which the new hire will be responsible for).

Requirements

• Qualified Contentious Construction Solicitor with between 1 - 8 yrs' PQE
• Experience working at a Top Tier Real Estate / Construction practice
• Experience in Contentious Construction matters is essential
• Excellent academics
