A leading financial services company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join their Business Delivery team and support the initiatives currently being delivered within their organisation.
In this role, you will support integration activities between the company and a recent acquisition, focusing on optimising solutions through Lean principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous background in investment/wealth mangement
- Strong knowledge of invement management industry
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Visio
- Strong organisational and planning skills to coordinate projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce documentation and liaise across teams
- Stakeholder management experience to understand and manage expectations
- Negotiation skills to build support for proposals
- Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Professional finance qualifications desirable e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Duration: Fixed Term Contract - 10 Months
Location: London/hybrid(2 days weekly onsite, 3 days from home)
Salary: Up to £70,000 base
