Title:Contract Administrator
Salary: 24,000 - 26,000
Location: Bracknell
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all queries from customers via emails and telephone
- Inputting new credit proposals, ensuring all necessary data required for making accurate credit decisions
- Generating and processing incoming documentation requests from clients
- Overseeing the deal process, serving as the primary contact throughout
- Addressing issues and collaborating with internal support departments to resolve them, escalating urgent matters as necessary
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to ensure tasks are completed
- Strive to consistently update all transactions with full accuracy, conducting comprehensive compliance checks, and booking them within authorisation limits
- Provide support for audits conducted internally and externally
