Contract Administrator

Contract Administrator - £26,000 per annum

Our client is a global FM Services contractor who are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their Quotes and Compliance team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is based out of the clients offices in Reading and is paying a salary of £26,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of the role of the Contract Administrator:

• Schedule and assign PPM's and reactive works to relevant engineers
• Ensure all works are completed within the correct client SLA's
• Liaise with customers for urgent jobs, keeping them updated on progress throughout
• Update the CAFM system with necessary job updates and notes
• Raising purchase orders for sub-contractors and suppliers, receipting orders once services have been supplied

Qualifications required for the Contract Administrator:

• Previous experience in scheduling or planning in an Engineering or FM environment is essential
• Previous experience with CAFM or SAP would be beneficial
• Experience of working in a busy and varied administration or co-ordinator role
• The ability to use MS Office packages
