Job Title: Contract Administrator
Duration: 12 months
Location: Derby/Hybrid
Salary: £36400 per annum
My client who is an international electricity company and a major player in the energy sector and a key contributor to achieving the UK government's renewable energy targets is currently looking for a Contract Administrator on a 12-month contract based from home with once per week requirement in the Derby office.
Job Purpose:
To provide support to the team throughout the contract management process, including change control and contract variations, preparing appropriate communication documentation, and inputting data into systems and data logs accordingly.
Key Accountabilities:
Process and progress change requests from Contractors and the business.Produce, process and progress all necessary contractual instruction documentation, to include, but not limited to; PMI, Compensation Events, Early Warning Notices, and Risk Draw Down notices.Support the regular contractual audit processes where requiredEnsure all data logs and systems for contract management records are accurately maintained at all timesSupport the Customer Connections team with Purchase Order requisitions.Provide other contractual administrative support to the Customer Connections team where required.Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How:
Good stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams quicklyExperience of successful project delivery.Awareness of: Construction contract environment, including awareness of NEC3 terms of conditions, Contract management, Finance reporting, Programme & Change ManagementExperience of working in a contractual or commercial environment.If you think you have the experience and knowledge, please apply with your CV right now for instant consideration!
