A well established contracts construction company based in Derby are looking for a well adept Contracts Administrator with a background of working in the construction industry to join their team. You will have experience of working with contracts and dealing with retentions.
Duties:
- Generate application transactions on Coins software based on information from project team
- Raise and issue invoices, self-billing documents, and accounts receivable documents to customers
- Maintain accurate records of contract status, completion dates, and relevant documentation
- Issue insurance and VAT documentation
- Upload billing information on client portals, and maintaining contract documents
- Assist the credit control manager with the collection of retention payments
Benefits:
The successful Contracts Administrator will be offered a salary of GBP27,000 - GBP29,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm with half an hour for lunch and this is fully office based. You will be offered 25 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays.
