SalaryContract and Performance Manager (Response Maintenance) (Ref2024-28)
Location: Housing Centre, Belfast
To manage and co-ordinate the contract monitoring, centralcontract advice and Performance reporting team, under the Senior Contract &Performance Manager (Response).
To assist in the development and implementation of acomprehensive approach to monitoring and supporting the delivery of Responsivemaintenance contracts.
To work with the team to develop these themes, incorporatinglessons learned, to ensure that legislation, policy and good practice arecontinuously integrated into practice through training and advice. Tocontribute to the delivery, by the NIHE, of a first class responsive repairsservice for its Customers, protecting and enhancing the condition of itsassets, taking into account value for money.
The current salary for these posts are £38,223 - £48,474 perannum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contributionof 19%.
