Contracts Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: £40,000-£55,000 (Nogitiable DOE)

We have partnered with an industry-leading bespoke joinery and shopfitting company based in Leeds, United Kingdom, who are currently in search of an experienced Contracts Manager. You will have the opportunity to lead and orchestrate the creation of stunning, tailor-made interiors. Join us in bringing clients' visions to life while ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Review project contracts, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and invoicing.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably in joinery and shopfitting.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
