Outline of role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Centralised Service Excellence team to provide administrative support to the Head of Service Excellence / Contract & Compliance Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all compliance documentation is obtained, verified and recorded in line with Home Office requirements.
- Prepare and raise contracts for candidate and clients and all associated administration.
- Reference tracking and chasing of all new candidates.
- Processing and co-ordinating in-depth screening on behalf of candidates for clients.
- Tracking IR35 determinations against placements.
- Generation and tracking of Key Information Documents and AWR requests.
- Assisting with periodic auditing of contractor and management company compliance.
- Management of the Contracts & Compliance shared mailbox including sending contractor communications and responding to reference requests.
- Performs other job duties as requested and assigned
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Contract and Compliance administration is preferred
