Founded in 2003, we are industry renowned Broadcast & Media Recruitment specialists who love what we do. We’re looking for a Contracts & Finance Administrator to join us in a key, part-time role Monday - Friday ( school hours ) , supporting both our sales delivery, contract operations and Finance administration across the business.
The role will be varied from contracts administration such as managing our end-to-end contractor onboarding process, completing compliance audits and handling all inbound contractor queries, commercial contract review, finance administration such as collating timesheets and invoices, preparing contractor payroll, and ad hoc finance data entry.
You will also take ownership of all office management tasks such as managing, writing and posting all external job advertisements, office supply management, annual leave administration and supporting our team with day-to-day admin and IT issues.
You’ll need to be an enthusiastic individual who is highly organised and very personable. You will also need to have strong written and spoken communications skills, great attention to detail and ideally have 3+ years office experience.
If you have finance administration skills, are familiar with working in a recruitment agency or have experience with the following systems - Monday.com, Xero and Vincere, this will be highly advantageous.

Please note, this is a part-time position for maternity cover. School hours or similar would be suitable, but we are open to discussion.
