Contracts & Commercial Solicitor

Working with a Local Authority in the Midlands.
Are you looking for a 4 day week? Are you looking for a role that only requires office attendance a minimum of once a month? Are you looking for a role that will utilise your Contracts experience?
Yes to all three and more this might be the role for you.
In this 12 month contract you will be required to:

• Prove advice and assistance on the legal aspects of procurement, tenders and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and the Council’s Constitution
• Support income generation by providing advice to external clients in respect of commercial and contractual matters
• Provide assistance to the Head of Legal on issues of corporate governance.
