Robert Walters have partnered with a public service provider organisation to recruit a Contracts Manager. The role reports into the Associate Director of Contracts and Procurement. The role will require production and negotiation of all contractual documentation which will flow down to Supply Chain Partners ensuring that business moves as usual.
* Based in Liverpool.
* 1-2 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the production of finalised contracts.
* Drafting and negotiation of supplier contracts.
* Identifying risks in contracts as part of the risk management framework.
* with the whole Operations team where delivery is outsourced to respond to contractual requirements and communicate updates on progress.
* Maintaining accurate records and archives of all contract documentation.
About you:
* Understand complex and varying contractual agreements.
* Excellent coordination and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Public Sector frameworks.
