Salary Resourcing Group is working with a maintenance contractor based in London. They work with in the public and private sectors, providing repairs, maintenance and retrofit work on behalf of their end clients.
They would like to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their operational team to manage a newly mobilised planned maintenance contract. The works mostly consist of kitchen upgrades, working on behalf of their end client, a public sector landlord.
The contractor would like to appoint people with previous social housing experience and a clear understanding of schedule of rates, as well as a clear understanding, knowledge and experience of working in a similar live environment, building relationships, working to KPIs and managing the delivery of the service that they provide with in time frames and pre agreed budgets.
An understanding of managing multiple properties at one time is essential, as well as overseeing managerial staff who are responsible for day to day management of your direct work force carrying out the works. Pre surveys and sign off/hand over of properties form part of this role too.
