The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple high–end residential works between 1M and 5M+. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding, well–stablished Contractor that have a reputation for delivering some of the most prestigious projects across the region.
Contracts Manager Position Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 65k – 85k DOE
- Car or Car Allowance can be discussed

Contracts Manager Position Overview
- Managing high–end, bespoke, residential works in the Chichester area
- Project values from 1M to 5M+ (biggest scheme so far is 20M+)
- Responsible for all aspects of the project
- Manage the client, architect, suppliers etc.
Contracts Manager Position Requirements
- Proven track–record of managing similar projects
- Excellent communication skills and able to deal with high–net–worth individuals
- Based locally to the Chichester area
- Good tenure and seeking a permanent role
- Professional and presentable
