- Oversee a team of site managers across Bradford, Chesterfield and Nottingham
- Prepare contract documents and specifications
- Conduct performance reviews
- Monitor the progress of projects within the energy efficiency refurbishment program and ensure deadlines are being met
What is required for the Contracts Manager role
- Experience in a similar position
- Willingness to travel to sites
- Experience in man management
- HNC or equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of energy efficiency schemes
