Contracts Supervisor

Are you experienced in Property Damage Restoration? If so, I have the role for you! I am representing a market leader in this field who is looking to add Supervisors to there growing Resi-Comm team! My client prides themselves on helping people who have suffered losses caused by events such as fire, flood, accidental damage, and storms. Duties:

• Undertaking initial site inspection and reporting the findings
• Liaising with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policyholders as required.
• Carrying out the scope of works
• Responsible for the completion of Method Statements, Risk Assessment, Asbestos and Construction Phase Plan (CPP) in relation to the project.
• Implementation of suitable drying techniques.
• Undertaking moisture surveys during the drying process
• Ensuring the instructing principal is regularly updated.
• Responsible for the day-to-day contact with the customer
• Liaising with the claims handler to keep them up to date on all aspects of the project.
• Maintaining a flexible approach to the role, including participation in the call out rota and some anti-social working hours (including weekends).
• Ensuring you and others are fully trained on health and safety.
• Maintaining a visit log

Skills and Experience Required:

• Full Driving License
• Ability to delegate
• High attention to detail
• High quality of restoration
• High level of flexibility and a positive attitude to innovation and change
• Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate both written and verbally.
• Work effectively with customers, employees, and teams at all levels
