Role: Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
Benefits: Support Staff, 2 days Hybrid.
Are you an experienced and energetic residential property fee earner who is interested in moving into a more focused Leasehold Exchanging Conveyancing, with in a large and developing team in central Birmingham?
We are looking to speak with experienced conveyancers across the west midlands who currently can handle a full traditional caseload, and ideally has been exposed or worked on Leasehold matters through an exchange and again a full traditional conveyancing matters.
You will have ideally been working in or on conveyancing files for the past 5 years and be able to commute easily to central Birmingham, even though this role could see you gaining hybrid working of up to 2 days from home, upon the successful completion of your induction and probationary period.
