Job Title: Conveyancer

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Hybrid

Salary: £24,000-£50,000

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join one of the largest law firms in the UK. You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team of conveyancers and manage your own caseload. The role is perfect for an independent candidate who wants freedom to manage their own schedule. Aside from a detailed benefits package, you have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses. Duties
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents
- Conduct title searches and verify property ownership
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Arrange for the transfer of funds between parties involved in the transaction
- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding property transactions
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property transactions

Skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documents and financial transactions
