My client is hiring a New Build Admin Team Leader to oversee key responsibilities:
- Address and resolve client/developer escalations.
- Manage file updates and outstanding documents.
- Conduct file audits and oversee performance appraisals.
- Dual sign-off on files for exchange.
- Handle post-completion queries and historic file requests.
- Provide team coverage during absences.
- Maintain Staff DB and manage technical queries.
- Process full file check requests.
- Manage VIP files and cover for the Team Manager.
- Allocate inboxes and facilitate communication.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2+ years as a new build case handler.
- Previous team management experience.
- Technical knowledge of new build processes.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Experience with Proclaim or similar software.
- Relationship management with developers.
